Selection Criteria:

Over a dozen eligible businesses will be randomly selected to receive a $25,000 grant.

This is not a merit-based application. To ensure fairness, grants are awarded to eligible businesses at random. All eligible applicants are welcome to apply. Program selections may include a designated number of awards for existing Wells Fargo clients – but you do not need to be a Wells Fargo customer to apply or receive a grant.

Business Coaching Provided:

All eligible applicants, regardless of whether they receive a grant, will receive access to Pathway Lending's online business education resources, digital tools, and an on-demand learning library to support long-term business growth. Applicants will also be invited to join Pathway Connect, Pathway Lending's regional peer network, where business owners can build relationships, share experiences, and learn from one another through quarterly networking and educational events.

Grant Awardees:

In addition to the resources above, grant recipients will receive up to six months of one-on-one business advising focused on financial strength, cash flow management, and growth planning. Awardees will also receive invitations to relevant industry mastermind groups (such as real estate, food manufacturing, builders, childcare, and more) and ongoing promotional opportunities through Pathway Lending and Wells Fargo storytelling initiatives.
