For the Neighborhood Growth Grants Program, eligible businesses must operate from a physical, brick and mortar location within the service area.
As a result, food trucks, caterers, and similar businesses that operate from a shared commercial kitchen are generally not eligible. However, they may be eligible if they also maintain a publicly accessible location, such as a storefront, stall within a food hall or market or other space where customers can visit and conduct business.
