Key Details
This six-week training program equips new and established developers to add small, multifamily affordable housing projects to their portfolios with the skills and knowledge they need for a successful start across Tennessee.
Participants will receive:
Mentorship with experienced local developer(s)
Flexible, customizable financial modeling tool for evaluating and planning projects
Financial training, portfolio templates and hands-on pro forma development
Network and relationship building with peer developers and community of investor and brokers
The cohort gathers quarterly, with office hours available in between sessions.
